I can't login to the helpdesk!

If you're certain your login information is correct and still cannot login, please follow the below procedure:

1. Click here.
2. Close all browser windows.
3. Open a new window and try to login.

If this doesn't work, please contact us with your username and we'll see what we can do.

If the above doesn't work you might also want to note that one client has said "resetting firefox to use its default user agent string" solved this problem. He'd had Firefox pretending to be IE6 so that his on-line banking would work.
